Role Summary/Purpose: Responsible for the receiving functions to ensure conformance to specifications and continuous production consistent with established standards.

Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records
Assembles wooden or cardboard containers or selects preassembled containers
Prepares all unpainted equipment received from warehouse by greasing or oiling prior to shipping
Inserts items or equipment into containers and nails covers on wooden crates and binds containers with metal tape

Role Summary/Purpose:
